How was everyone’s Valentines Day? Mine was good. I got lots of chocolate and a beautiful coach bag that I have been lusting over for sometime now. I got Matthew some dvds that he has been wanting for awhile now. We also went out to eat at our favorite restaurant as well. It was yummy, we had prime rib and it was so good and juicy. I am making myself hungry just thinking about it. We don’t go there too often, but when we do, it is always good food!

It actually warmed up a little today. I am surprised with all the cold weather and snow we had, it went up to 50 degrees, amazing! I went out and enjoyed the warm weather. Its not that warm, but makes a difference when its freezing cold. I need sleep, nap time!

Wow! Its February already? Where has this time gone too? It was just Christmas and before that it was Thanksgiving. Wow, I can’t believe how fast life is really flying by. I remember while in high school, I thought it really dragged. I took one day at a time and I guess because I was really focused on my studies, nothing else really mattered. I often think about high school days and how I would not want to go back. One time that I would go back is prom. My friends and I had so much fun at senior prom. Life was good back then, no worries. I went to 2 proms in my life time, the first time with was some guy I had no idea of and I really didn’t like the people I went with, even thought one of them, at the time was my best friend. Well, not now, well that’s a whole another story! Senior prom was a blast.

I have been out of high school since 2002 and then got married in 2003. I wasted no time as you see, but why wait? I did what I wanted to and I am glad how things turned out. I loved Matthew and I didn’t want to wait, he didn’t want either. If its one thing I learned, you can’t please everyone, and I wish back then I knew this!

Wow! We just got hit with a massive snow storm! Geez, I thought this snow would be gone by now since we haven’t had any, but I guess I was wrong. I am so tempted to go outside and play in it, but knowing my luck I will get sick next week. It never fails, I would be sick as a dog for doing that. I always wanted to make a snow man, but never have yet. I think it would be pretty neat to make one. Maybe in the future, Matthew and I would make a Mr. and Mrs. Snow man/woman. That would actually be really cute!

Well since its snowing, there isn’t much do to but go on the computer. I guess were lucky the power didn’t go out yet with all this snow. I don’t know what I would do without my internet LOL. I remember going to in laws house and not having any internet, I was bummed out, I need internet badly lol!

It’s almost New Years! Matthew and I are staying home from New years. I know so plain and boring. I haven’t been feeling very well lately. I am always tired and just not in the mood for stuff. I have a feeling its because I have been off the pill because I was not like this when I was on the pill. Thank God I am getting back on them real soon. I will problaby work on my project and munch of some food while waiting for the ball. New Years is not a big deal for me. Its another year big deal. I didn’t think that back 2001 when Matthew proposed to me on New Years, but thats a different story.

I don’t know if I mentioned this or not but Matthew got a promotion! He will be doing almost the same thing but he will be dealing with letters more then on the phone. I am so happy and proud that he got it. He wanted it and I know that he wanted to move up in the company and he sure has. Hes not sure when he starts, but probably sometime after the new year.

Matthew is on vacation this week. I am so enjoying him being home. I really miss when he is not here. We are thinking about going back to the top of the rock to take better pictures since he is off this week. Hopefully the pictures will turn out better since we are going on a clear day. I think a tripod would work too, but your not allowed to bring one. Could you see me lugging a huge tripod in the city everywhere I go? That would not be fun at all. Hopefully it will work out for the best!

We are getting ready to leave soon, but I wanted to blog really quick. What did everyone get for Christmas? I forgot to mention what I got in my other post. I got my favorite perfume that I love which is by Jean Paul Gaultier. It has such a pretty smell to it, I love it. I also got a ring and some bangles and lots of gift cards. You can never got wrong with gift cards!

Our trip was so good. We went to see the tree at Rockerfaller Plaza. There was so many people there, it was kinda of scary! The tree looks the same almost every year, but Matthew and I enjoy going to see it. Last year when we went, we seen the Top of the rock. We had no idea what that was, but we checked into it and you can go up 67 floors in rockerfaller plaza and get a great view of the New York sky line. It was so pretty. We brought the Nikon, but it was really dark when we went and some of the pictures came out blurry. I was disappointed in the photos.

I think next time we go, were gonna go during the day so that its not dark. I dont know if it will make a difference, but I wish those pictures came out better. After going there we walked around and I got tempted with my purse stands but didnt buy anything. After that we hailed a taxi and went to get something to eat and got on the train and went home. I am glad we did because it was snowing pretty hard. We had a good time!

I have been so sick lately. Both my parents were/are sick and got me sick. This is not fun. I am so stuffed up and I have a cough. I wish it would go away! If you read before about the whole episode with the chocolate, I am suppose to be hearing from the doctor any min now. She called me this morning, but I was sleeping and I called her back, but she was busy so I am patiently waiting results. She told me it wasn’t urgent, but I still want to know. I have been worrying all morning long about it.

I am sorry for the lack of updates. With me being sick and busy I didn’t have time to blog about anything. I want to change domains, do something new, but I decided not too. I paid a lot of money for this domain with all the space and I am going to use it. I am planning on updating this much more and not letting it go.

Last Friday Matthew and I went to New York with his co-worker and her husband. Her husband does hypnosis shows. We have been to one already and this one was even better. Matthew actually went up there. He said he doesn’t really remember anything, I had fun watching him up their! LOL. Once it was done we decided to leave but the car was gone! We found out it got towed because he parked too close to a fire hydrant. So we all got into a cab and headed down to the tow pound and $250 dollars later got the car back! Crazy! I am just glad it wasn’t stolen. We got a good tour of the city in the taxi cab.

I have some exciting news. I decided that I needed a change in my life. Since its hard for me to stand a lot, I decided to go after something I wanted too for my career. I signed up for Mary Kay. My friend sells it and she signed me up. I am so excited. I cant wait to get it all started and get my website all set up and I will share it on here as well. So I am still doing Avon as well. I am going to be a busy girl now! I enjoy working for myself, being my own boss. I really love Mary Kay products as well. Their foundation, eye shadows, blush and mascaras rock. There very good quality and when I buy makeup, I want good quality products if I am going to spend money. I am suppose to be getting my starter kit today and I just ordered it yesterday! Its super fast ! One good thing is that their product center is about 30 mins away from my house. As for Avon’s product center is all the way down in Newark Delaware and takes much more time to get. I could even go their and pick it up and save me $8 dollars! Woo hoo!

It’s almost 6:30am and I am up. We went to bed around 11pm and I don’t understand why I am up. Usually, I love sleeping in, but today I am up early. Since I am up early, I took the time to fix a few PPP entries that I needed to fix and I am going to work on some this morning since Matthew is sleeping. He is completely out, I wonder if he hears me or not. Usually he doesn’t, he’s in his own little sleeping world!

Last night we went to dinner. I got my check from the portrait studio and treated Matthew to Fridays. Since he always takes me out, I thought it would be nice to take him out. After eating we stopped at TJ Max and Walmart. I picked up a few items and we went home.

Today we are going to Jenny Craig, where I am not looking forward to going. I know I gained a couple pounds because I have been bad. I have been such a slacker lately, bad Danielle. So after I get yelled at by my consultant, we are going to the mall to walk around. Sounds fun huh?

It is finally back up! I am still working on some sub pages, but for now it looks good. I have been putting in so much time with Pay Per Post, which is good. The money is good! I have 3 more to do, but I decided to take a break and clean the room. You could not imagine how messy our room gets! Since Matthew does not like to clean, I basically do it all, but if I ask him for help, he will help. So I guess I can’t complain! He has his days where he wants to clean clean clean, I make sure to take advantage of that! LOL

Tomorrow is my Mother’s birthday. When I go to the employment agency tomorrow, I am going to pick up a box for her gifts, a card and a delicious cake! I know I shouldn’t be eating cake, but its my weakness, I love sweets! I get that from my Father, thank you very much! Who doesn’t want to eat a piece of cake when its offered to you?

So now I am going to get off, clean the room up, do the rest of my PPP and view some blogs.
