It has been 2 months since I have been working out. Wow, it only seems like yesterday I was walking in there for my knee and now I am working out 4 days a week! I am really thinking about going back to 3 days a week. I feel its really taking a toll on me. I am always tired and not motivate anymore. I am not giving up but something has to give. What do you think? I really do a lot when I am working out and I always nervous that I am going to pull or break something. That would truly be really bad.
I have been slacking on my diet as well. It doesn’t help at all. I am being a bad girl! I really need to get back on track and get back to my routine. I was doing so well, and then I guess I got tired and burned out on it. I think I am going tell my trainer I am only coming 3 days a week for now because I am so tired, but yet I can’t sleep at night.
