Ever since I started working out (since Jan 3rd) I can not sleep at night. I don’t know if it is connected to the working out or not, but I find it odd that it started just when I started to work out. You think it would tired me out and I would want to sleep, but its actually making me not sleep. I don’t know if I should contact my doctor or not, I guess it couldn’t hurt? When everyone is sleeping, I am playing on the computer, watching tv and chatting. I’m a night owl I guess. I hate waking up the the morning, it has actually been like for awhile. I never wanted to get up early for school either. I guess that’s why I hated school LOL its starting to all make sense now!
Well I guess since I am up late, I should make the best of it. I have been doing a lot of reading and reading blogs. I can’t make a lot of noise because I don’t want to wake Matthew up. It wouldn’t be fair to him.
