Finally, a new layout! I have been meaning to update my blog in awhile but I get lazy at times. I still need to fix a few things and then I am will be officially complete with it! No matter how many times I try to make a Wordpress layout, I always fail. Either something doesn’t work or I wind up messing up something and can fix it! But then again the premade layouts are pretty nice as well, such as the one I’m using now, its pretty hot! Maybe one day I will learn how to do it the right way, and not the way I do it. I am surprise it works that way, but it does!

With December on its way, Matthew and I have so many things planned in December such as our yearly New York Trip and shopping. Matthew and I like getting our shopping done early because if you wait until the last minute you wont find anything because everything is over picked. That reminds me of a time when Matthew and I were in engaged and I was over there for one Christmas and we went to Kmart at 12am the day before Christmas. It was packed! At 12am it was packed and almost nothing on the shelevs, you think they got robbed or was moving somewhere else lol.

I am still working on my new site. For some strange reason, the word press theme I used, flickr refuses to come up! So I decided to try to design something for myself since it will be my first layout of my new site. I am hoping everything will be up for December 1st, but well see.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday with family and friends. We had a good holiday. The place we usually eat was closed due to medical problems? The sign was down and no one in site. That is really scary. We have been going to that buffet for about four years now! So we found another buffet to go too and it was really good. I was very good, I only had 2 plates and had only 2 rice crispy treats that were really good I might add.

I got my new domain! I got it super fast and I was so surprised I got it so fast! I am still going to blog here, but there will be other blogs about services and products as well, because we could really use the money. I am not giving out my new domain on here, please e-mail me for it. Once it is up and running, I will get in touch with you with the new link. You can update and put my name on it, its fine. I came to the point that I really don’t care if certain people read my blog. It’s my life and the whole point of my blog is to write about my life and stuff. I will tell you certain people will not have access to certain entries. Its not that I am hiding information, I just feel that people like to start trouble, and I am not playing games anymore.

To end this post I want everyone to know what I am truly thankful for in my life. I am thankful that I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am thankful that I have a roof over my head and that I have a husband that loves me and cares about me a lot. I am thankful that I have family I can go to. I am thankful for my family and friends, without them I couldn’t go on.

I decided to buy another domain for a project. I contact Jess for the new domain and hosting so hopefully it will come back really soon. I keep going back to her company because I never have any problems and its done super fast! So what’s my new project? Well, your just going have to wait and find out until its completed! I brainstormed everything last night on my computer so I will pull everything together and put it together.

Wow, I can’t believe how close Thanksgiving is. Geez, the time just flies by so fast. It was like almost yesterday I was at the beach and now its cold and looks like its going to snow! We have been having some crazy weather lately. Can never tell if its going to be warm or cold or rain or be nice. I heard on the weather channel its suppose to be 70 degrees Thanksgiving day! Break out the shorts and halters!

I am getting very angry with my Mary Kay director. I got all my products now and my free products, which is totally awesome. I got a lot of nice free goodies and I really like a lot of their skin products. I do love Mary Kay products, but my director is not helping me. I told her I had some questions about a meeting we went to. My friend Michele signed me up and we are both excited about selling and having parties, but our director is from New York state. She is 4 hours away from us and its hard for us to get over their and its hard for her to get to us.

Michele and I found out that the meeting we went to was not a typical meeting, it was a director debut. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going to that meeting. I know that sounds harsh, but I mean we are both brand new to Mary Kay and have no idea what’s going on. So many terms were being thrown around such as “operation car” Michele and I had no idea what they were talking about and I didn’t want to seem like I was an idiot not knowing what it was. I was also suppose to get pinned at the meeting and never did. Its not even about the pin, I wanted to be recognized that I am new and I am starting my Mary Kay journey.

I sent her a email stating that I called her back, I didn’t want her to think I blew her off and I spoke with her assistant and left a message. I also wrote that I have a lot of questions and that I need a director from this area and not New York. I do have free long distance, but I will tell you now if I didn’t have free long distance I wouldn’t be calling her. She writes me back and tells me that her father has been diagnose with cancer and she hasn’t been in the office, but yet she still goes to meetings and attentions functions. I feel as though she’s doing this on purpose. I spent the money for my business and I want to get it started. I don’t want my products to sit here for months not doing anything. We have a 800 number we call everyday to call to hear a message from her, but yet she doesn’t have the time to call me or e-mail me or my friend Michele. If all else fails, I’ll sell of Mary Kay inventory off on eBay and be done with it.

Other then that nothing really new has been going on. My new computer is great. I really love that I have a computer that is mine. I can take it anywhere I want and its personalized to my liking. What is everyone doing for Thanksgiving? My family and I are going to a buffet styled place to eat which is really bad for my diet. On Saturday I gained 5 pounds!!! 5 freggin pounds! I am so upset with myself.

I am back! I finally finished updating and I also put on an updated version of word press. I also redid some of the sub pages. I am glad it is finally done! A lot has been going on. I am still sort of sick. I got a cough that wont go away. I get these coughing spells and there really bad. I thought it was going away but its not. I have been taking some meds, but it works for awhile and stops. Gr.

I got my hair highlighted on Saturday. I think it looks so nice. I thought it was really dark before and decided to get it done at a salon compared to myself doing it. I have to say it came out much better, even though I tried, it came out a lot better! I think it looks great and I have gotten alot of compliments on it,

I also got a new pink sony lap top. This computer is so awesome! It has windows vista on it. My brother told me that this operating system really sucks, but I actually like it. I seems to run really fast and smooth. It is defiantly going to help me with my Mary Kay business as well.

Wow, its been a little while since I blogged. I have been so sick with a cold since about last Wednesday. I wasn’t able to get anything done. I am actually starting to feel a whole lot better now. Friday night we had a party to go to and it was good to see all my family. We should really get together more often, but its hard because there are so many of us. Matthew and I took photos of the party and they turned out pretty well. Matthew made copies for birthday boy and my Aunt picked them up yesterday. I felt so sick on Friday. I was so sick, but I made it through the night and like I said it was good to see everyone!

Saturday, Matthew took me to the doctors. He gave me some meds and we stopped at Wal-Mart to pick up my meds and stopped at Catherine’s where I returned a pair of jeans and a purse and got a pair of another jeans, a top, a skirt for my Mary Kay meetings and a another purse for my Mary Kay stuff but I am thinking about returning it because I did get a bag from Mary Kay, I am still thinking about it.

Sunday we didn’t go to church because I was sick. We really didn’t do anything besides do my Avon. Yesterday I basically cleaned and tried to rest the most I could.

I have been so sick lately. Both my parents were/are sick and got me sick. This is not fun. I am so stuffed up and I have a cough. I wish it would go away! If you read before about the whole episode with the chocolate, I am suppose to be hearing from the doctor any min now. She called me this morning, but I was sleeping and I called her back, but she was busy so I am patiently waiting results. She told me it wasn’t urgent, but I still want to know. I have been worrying all morning long about it.

I am sorry for the lack of updates. With me being sick and busy I didn’t have time to blog about anything. I want to change domains, do something new, but I decided not too. I paid a lot of money for this domain with all the space and I am going to use it. I am planning on updating this much more and not letting it go.

Last Friday Matthew and I went to New York with his co-worker and her husband. Her husband does hypnosis shows. We have been to one already and this one was even better. Matthew actually went up there. He said he doesn’t really remember anything, I had fun watching him up their! LOL. Once it was done we decided to leave but the car was gone! We found out it got towed because he parked too close to a fire hydrant. So we all got into a cab and headed down to the tow pound and $250 dollars later got the car back! Crazy! I am just glad it wasn’t stolen. We got a good tour of the city in the taxi cab.

I have some exciting news. I decided that I needed a change in my life. Since its hard for me to stand a lot, I decided to go after something I wanted too for my career. I signed up for Mary Kay. My friend sells it and she signed me up. I am so excited. I cant wait to get it all started and get my website all set up and I will share it on here as well. So I am still doing Avon as well. I am going to be a busy girl now! I enjoy working for myself, being my own boss. I really love Mary Kay products as well. Their foundation, eye shadows, blush and mascaras rock. There very good quality and when I buy makeup, I want good quality products if I am going to spend money. I am suppose to be getting my starter kit today and I just ordered it yesterday! Its super fast ! One good thing is that their product center is about 30 mins away from my house. As for Avon’s product center is all the way down in Newark Delaware and takes much more time to get. I could even go their and pick it up and save me $8 dollars! Woo hoo!
