The company that I orginally wanted to go with I decided not too. I called a week ago to find out if they accept my insurance and I have no recieve a phone call. So I decided to go ahead and call them. They seem so nasty and rude with me. I was waiting on the phone for 30 mins! I hung up and I went online and looked for someone else. My doctor actually told me someone else, so I typed his name and looked it up and called to find out insurance infomation.

The lady was so nice. I am so glad that she was nice and not rude like the other place. She was so sweet and I explained to her what happened and how I was unhappy with the other company and that now I decided to go to them. She was happy. She told me right away that they do accept my insurance and I didn’t have to wait a freggin week to find out! So my appointment is January 29th 2010!!!!

I am so excited! Things are really going! I am so happy that I hung up and found another company. I refuse to put up with that sort of customer service. I am the customer and I demand respect and not being rude to me when I call to ask questions. They just lost my money and insurance. See ya !

I plan on doing a video blog very soon with all my updates. I like to do this because I want to record everything and get it on tape. I want to be able to inspire others that are looking to have the same surgery with my story.
